Heating and Safety Instructions
DO NOT - heat if wet, leave unattended in microwave, place against skin if temperature is too HOT or you have sensitive skin, sleep with a HOT wheat bag.
Recommend 1-2 minutes in microwave of 800W and 10 minute intervals until desired temperature.
Only place wheat bag on fire resistant surfaces and let cool before storing.
