Heating and Safety Instructions
* Do not heat if wet
* Do not leave unattended in microwave
* Do not place Wheat bag against skin if temperature is too hot or you have sensitive skin
* Recommend 1-2 minutes in microwave of 800w and then 10 second intervals until desired temperature
* Always lay flat when heating and be sure it is a comfortable temperature before use
* Only place wheat baag on fire resistant surfaces and let cool before storing
* Do not sleep with a HOT wheat bag
