Heating and Safety Instructions
* Do not heat if wet
* Do not leave unatteended in microwave
* Do not place Wheat bag against skin if temperature is too hot or if you have sensitive skin
* Recommend 1-2 minutes in microwave of 800w and tehn 10 second interavals until desired temperature
* Always lay flat when heating and be sure it is of a comfortable temperature before use
* Only place Wheat baga on fire resistant surfaces and let cool before storing
* Do not Sleep with a HOT Wheat bag
